LEASHED UP LLC SERVICE POLICIES
Booking & Availability
All services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability.
Walks, check-ins, daycare, boarding, and house sitting requests are accepted based on scheduling availability. Requested times are not guaranteed until confirmed by Leashed Up LLC.
Clients are encouraged to book services as early as possible, especially for holidays, vacations, and extended stays.
Holiday Rates
A 20% holiday surcharge applies to all services booked on major holidays, including the day before and day after the holiday.
Holiday periods include:
New Year’s Day
Easter
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year’s Eve
Holiday availability is limited, and advance booking is recommended.
Cancellations & Late Changes
Cancellations made 7 days prior to scheduled date of service qualify for account credit at the discretion of Leashed Up LLC.
Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or shortened reservations may be charged in full depending on circumstances and availability.
Frequent cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.
Dog Walks & Drop-Ins
Dogs must be equipped with at least an appropriate collar and leash before services begin. Collars must have identification tags.
For safety reasons, new client dogs are not permitted off-leash.
Clients must provide accurate information regarding temperament, behavior, and handling needs.
Daycare Policies
Daycare dogs must:
Be current on required vaccinations
Have accurate behavior and temperament information provided
Leashed Up LLC reserves the right to decline daycare services if a dog’s behavior presents a safety concern.
Boarding Policies
Boarding dogs must be current on vaccinations and disclose any medical or behavioral needs.
Clients understand that other pets may be present in the home during boarding.
Dogs that do not do well with other animals may still be considered for boarding on a case-by-case basis if disclosed before booking.
Scheduled Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Scheduled pickup and drop-off times must be followed.
Pickups after 10:00 PM may be considered an additional boarding night unless arrangements are made in advance.
If a late pickup is approved ahead of time, a late fee may apply.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate pet information
Provide necessary supplies
Maintain updated emergency contacts
Notify Leashed Up LLC of changes affecting pet care
Disclose any medical, behavioral, or household concerns
Before services begin, all new clients are required to complete a client intake form and review and sign the Leashed Up LLC Service Agreement. This ensures your pet’s needs, routines, and safety requirements are properly understood before care begins.
Leashed Up LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary for the safety of pets, clients, or Provider.
